I understand that by fostering an avian, I may be asked to relinquish my foster bird at any time for the following reasons :

1. If the bird is not being taken care of properly.
2. If the previous owner is able to take the bird home again.
3. If the bird is declared adoptable and a qualifying home has been found.
4. If the bird is found to have been put in a position of jeopardy at any time.

I agree that Casey's Nest Foundation can check on the welfare of my foster bird as long as I have been given notice.

I understand that if my foster bird becomes available for adoption I can then apply to adopt if I wish to.

I agree to treat my foster bird with consideration, love, and respect.
